Our Story
The Facts

Everything, answered straight.

What's the difference between the Lease and the Buyout?
With the Lease, the lights are ours — one per-foot price each year and we handle everything, including off-season storage. With the Buyout, you purchase custom-cut commercial-grade lights in year one and own them forever; after that, each season is a labor-only reinstall from $3.50/ft.
Can you hang lights I already own?
Yes — Labor Only at $3.50/ft with a $500 minimum. We test your lights before install day; if they're failing, you'll know before anyone is on a ladder.
When do you install, and how long do the lights stay up?
Late October through November, routed neighborhood by neighborhood, with timers set to dusk. Your display runs roughly 90 days; takedown happens in January and is included in every package.
What if something goes out mid-season?
In-season service is included with the Lease and Buyout — if a section goes dark on December 20th, we come out and make it right.
What does storage mean on the Lease?
In January we take everything down, label it to your home, and store it. Next season it comes back tested and reinstalled — you never touch a box.
How does payment work?
50% deposit at booking reserves your install date and covers materials; the balance is due after your home is lit. Every quote is written, per-foot, and final.
What adds to the price?
Three-story homes, steep pitches, and rooflines over 250 ft carry a stated $150-250 surcharge — printed on the estimate, never sprung later.
What areas do you serve?
St. Louis County, South County, St. Charles County, and Lincoln County — including Wentzville, Troy, and every community within 50 miles of St. Louis.
