St. Charles runs from historic Frenchtown and Main Street properties to newer subdivisions off Zumbehl and Elm. The older homes need a lighter touch — original fascia, dentil trim and century-old soffit will not take a staple, and we never use one. Everything hangs on clips sized to your gutter or shingle, and comes off in January without a mark.

Newer builds off Highway 94 get the same commercial-grade C9 on custom-cut wire, measured to the foot rather than sold by the box.

Reserve your week

50% deposit holds your install window and covers materials.

Install & enjoy

Late October through November. Timers set to dusk; serviced all season.

January takedown

Everything removed; lease clients stored and pre-booked for next year.

Common questions.

Will the lights damage historic trim?

No. We use clips rated to your gutter or shingle line and never staples or nails. On original woodwork we route to the gutter wherever possible so nothing touches the trim at all.

Do you cover all of St. Charles County?

Yes — St. Charles, St. Peters, Cottleville, Weldon Spring and out to Wentzville and Lake St. Louis.

How much does it cost?

Per linear foot of roofline. The Lease from $5.50/ft per year — lights, install, in-season service, takedown and storage included. The Buyout at $6.50–7/ft year one, and you own the lights. Labour only on your lights is $3.50/ft, $500 minimum.

Do you use staples?

Never. Everything hangs on clips sized to your gutter or shingle line, and comes off clean in January.
