Divine Lighting sends text messages to customers and prospective customers about holiday lighting quotes, appointments, installation scheduling, service visits, and takedown.

How you opt in

You consent to receive text messages from Divine Lighting when you: (a) submit your mobile number on a form on this website (quote request, contact form, or signed agreement); (b) give your number to one of our representatives in person or over the phone and agree to be texted; or (c) text our business number first.

Message types and frequency

Messages include quote confirmations, appointment reminders, installation and takedown scheduling, service updates, and replies to your questions. Msg frequency varies by conversation — typically a handful of messages per season.

Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. Divine Lighting does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier may.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to buy any goods or services from Divine Lighting.

Carrier liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No sharing of mobile opt-in data. No mobile information — including your phone number and your consent to receive text messages — will be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties for any purpose.
