This site describes Divine Lighting's holiday lighting services in the St. Louis metropolitan area. Prices and availability shown here are estimates and are not an offer; your binding price is the written quote and signed service agreement for your property.
Instant ranges shown on this site are calculated from typical roofline footage and are a starting point only. The exact price is set after we measure the property and is stated in your written agreement.
Work is performed under a written service agreement. That agreement, including its terms and conditions and its notice of cancellation, governs the work and controls over anything on this website. A 50% deposit reserves the installation window; the balance is due on completion.
If you signed at your residence, you may cancel until midnight of the third business day after signing, as described in the notice of cancellation in your agreement, under Missouri RSMo 407.700–407.720 and the FTC Cooling-Off Rule.
Agreements may be signed electronically. An electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten one under the federal E-SIGN Act and the Missouri Uniform Electronic Transactions Act. You may request a paper copy at any time.
We may photograph completed displays from public vantage points for our marketing, without publishing your name or exact address. Tell us in writing if you prefer we do not.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
