This policy explains what Divine Lighting collects, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, mobile number, email, property address.
• Project details: property type, size, what you want lit, timing, photos you send.
• Agreement records: the terms you signed, your electronic signature, the date and time, your IP address and device, kept as proof of the agreement.
• Basic site analytics: pages viewed, the link or ad that brought you here.

Why we use it

To prepare your quote, schedule and perform your installation, service and takedown, communicate with you about the work, keep records for future seasons, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Text messages

Divine Lighting operates a text messaging program so we can send you your quote, confirm your measure and installation appointments, and reach you about work at your home. The following terms apply to that program.

No sharing of mobile opt-in data. No mobile information — including your phone number and your consent to receive text messages — will be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties for any purpose.

How you opt in

You may opt in to receive text messages from Divine Lighting in any of these ways:

• By entering your mobile number on a form at divinelightingstl.com — the quote request, the contact form, or a signed service agreement — where the consent language is shown to you at the point you provide the number;
• By giving your mobile number to a Divine Lighting representative, in person at your door or on a phone call, and agreeing at that time to receive texts about your quote and installation;
• By texting our number first, or by texting START to our number.

We keep a record of your consent — the number, the date and time, and how consent was obtained — before any message is sent. We do not message any number without a logged consent event.

Program details

• Program: Divine Lighting quote, appointment and installation messages.
• Message types: quote confirmations and quotes, measure and installation appointment scheduling and reminders, arrival notices, service and takedown scheduling, and replies to questions you send us.
• Message frequency: Msg frequency varies — typically a handful of messages per season, and more in the days around your scheduled measure, installation or takedown.
• Cost: Msg & data rates may apply. Divine Lighting does not charge for the messages.
• Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop all messages. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. We will send one confirmation and then stop.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, or contact us at (636) 237-0007 or quotes@divinelightingstl.com.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can hire Divine Lighting without agreeing to receive texts.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us operate — for example our website host, our messaging provider, and our payment processor — and only as needed to do that work. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

Customer and property records are kept while you are a customer and for as long as needed for tax, warranty and legal purposes. Signed agreements are kept for at least the period allowed for a legal claim.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop messages. Contact us at (636) 237-0007 or quotes@divinelightingstl.com to request a copy of your information, correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep.

Children

Our services are directed to adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
